Construction kicks off for 15-unit luxury condominium complex in the heart of Minneapolis this spring.
Some things can only be boiled down to fate. That’s how developer Thomas Hertzog, principal of Good Neighbor Homes, describes how he and his business partner and co-developer, Charles Burdick of Streetfront Development, discovered this once-in-a-lifetime Linden Hills property. The site will soon host The Fletcher, a luxury condominium building with 15 upscale homes, slated to break ground this spring.
