A local development team hopes to break ground next spring on a rare luxury condominium project in Minneapolis’ upscale Linden Hills neighborhood.
Charles Burdick of Minneapolis-based Streetfront Development and Thomas Hertzog of Good Neighbor Homes plan to submit a land use application to the city this fall for the proposed $21 million development, which will bring 15 high-end condominium units to the corner of 44th Street and Vincent Avenue South, a site currently occupied by three single-family houses.
